Snapdeal – Wrong product delivered No Customer Care

I ordered Lali Prints 8 Pcs Pink Sanganeri Print Deewan Set With 5 Cushion And 2 Bolster Covers And 1 Bedsheet on 12th, August 2014 with order no. 2607200531 on snapdeal. The product delivered was of different color. Keeping faith in snapdeal replacement policy I registered request for the same 20th August and followed the procedure for replacement. Also I booked pick up to Bluedart on 20th August with ref no. 67644 as per instructions. Till consequent three days I called customer care of Bluedart for pick up, they answered “It will be picked up by today” each day. Unfortunately product was not been picked up till now. Snapdeal customer care is unable to give satisfactory response. I have lost time of 14 days already in believing the replacement policy of snapdeal. I have become an easy prey for negligence and harassment to Snapdeal. My Issue is still unaddressed by snapdeal after several calling and I am not getting any communication from snapdeal in this regard.

I want to replace wrong product immediately with my desired product as it has been 22 days since I placed the order and want to ask snapdeal how badly it play with its customers
