Vodafone – Unnecessary deductions no response

While i was talking to a customer care executive about some some deductions ,he told me about an internet offer on my number.But I did not receive the benefit at all and while I was dissatisfied I called up the customer care centres.Then once one customer care executive cut my phone call midway while another made me wait for about 30 mins.After this ,I registered a complaint for the same at Vodafone help centre in Model town and they assured me that my problems would soon be resolved within maximum 3 days.The next three days I received no phone call.Again I ran to their centres.. It is a disheartening and dissatisfying experience

Offer as promised and remove false conceptions of customers being the most important thing to them.
