I bought a product online with order id 1004671783. The company sent the wrong size so I returned it. It’s been almost 2 months about they haven’t issued the refund yet. I’ve called & emailed them about 10 times over this period. Each time they tell me that someone will get back in 24-48 hours but nobody follows up.

Refund amount for product is Rs. 517. Lot of time spent on followup over email/phone.

My compensation amount and action against the company for corporate policies that amount to fraud.
