I had book flat in Mio Plazzo Project of Shubh Developers at Pune. I paid 5,00,000 Rs as booking amount. but after few week I realise I can not move ahead with this project due to financial problem. I called Sale person Mr. Jitu Agarwal and told him to cancel my flat. He told me send me email confirmation to cancel you booking and we will refund your full money back within 3 days. I did it same, but after continue follow for 1 month they had cancelled my booking form but now they are asking me 50,000 Rs as administrative charges which was not communicated earlier and not mention anywhere in form. I want my money back as soon as possible. Can you help me?

i want they refund my full money i.e 5lacs back immidetly + interest on my money
