Requested several times to get the photon services checked but no resolution was provided. Requested to stop services but services where not stopped. Company kept generating bill without any use. After 2-3 months company forcefully asked to pay unused generated bill. After escalation they confirmed me to refund five hundred rupee. Now, it’s been 3-4 months passed and i have not received the amount.

Not received the amount after several attempts.
