SnapDeal,Received faulty product,not responding to my complain,New Delhi

Dear Sir, I order Samsung Galaxy S Duos from SnapDeal.com vide order no – 1012115782 on May 26. I received the product on 30 May. I found that the product is faulty and the battery is not fitting into the batter panel properly. I raised a complain regarding the same on 31 May, 2013 vide complain no – 2211321. It has been 21 days but snapdeal is not responding to my complains even after repeated calls to their customer care. Snapdeal seems to be ignoring my complain and has taken away my money for a faulty product. Regards, Anup

I have received a faulty product and lost Rs 11989 on the same.

I want refund of my money by returning the product.
