We bought a software, but it was not working and their technical team advice us to take refund.after that we email mr. khurana about this they said its okay and will refund in 15 days, after 15 days they said refund process time is 15-25 days. after 25 days over now they don’t pick up phone ,once they picked up after asking my nake said wrong no. and hanged up. kindly do the need full.
