The company has approached us on 14-12-2011 by offering service of water purifier on rent. We have 4500/- as refundable security and got water purifier installed. We were not satisfied with the services provided by company also the quality of water was constantly degrading which started giving us stomach trouble. So after completion of 1 year term we have requested company to un-install water purifier and refund our security. After several follow up and visits to their office company un-installed water purifier on 9-6-2013 with the assurance of money refund in couple of days. However company has not gave any refund to us yet. We seek your help as company owner is cheating on consumers and stopped receiving calls.

We want our security Rs.4500/- back from company.
