My Sony bravia lcd tv bought 4 years back has developed white patches on its display.It is spreading day by day thereby blocking the view. Sony authorised service center advised us to change the sticker of the display which will cost Rs.7500 and that too with a limited warranty of 3 months.Are we supposed to pay again this big amount after 3 months if it gets damaged? I find no justice in that. It is known that the average life of a LCD tv is 10 to 15 yrs.Hence it is evident that SONY has supplied defective product and expects the consumers to bear the brunt.

I want the defective product to be replaced with a new one.
