I have purchased a Sony c-5302 mobile on 31st may 2014. after 5 months phone got off i went to service center they said mother board has to be replaced. they took 16 days for the change of mother board. Now after 2 months my phone is again dead same problem is not getting power on only. I called Sony people on toll free number many times, wrote mails but they are just not replying. my phone is again with the service center they don’t know wot to answer.

Last when i went to service center they gave a stand by which was not working properly i went twice to change of stand by itself. Sony service center is 8 kms far my place. I suffered a lot last time. its complete harassment by sony mobile.
