I have bought a 2 mbps connection from Tikona WiBro Internet, customer id-1110686168 internet in 1224 per month on named sanjeev kumar singh, complaint is internet speed always less, always in bad state, whenever i want to complaint customer care makes me hold at least 10 mins, and they tell me that it will be resolved in 6 hours but again as i said no action,i have repeated it many times but no action i am fed up, they always say that sir there is some technical issues, i think i am being victimized.
I want relief as per consumer law, i want assurance of no internet fault, and i want refunds if there is any fault in future.
