I purchaesd Sony experia z handset, which company claims to be water resistant but still water entered into it. Now the people of service center are saying that its not company fault, but when they inspected the handset it showed signs of manufacturing defect from where water must have entered in the handset. Phone is still under warranty and 3 before also I had replaced this handset. Now I dont want to use this poor brand, I want my money back, the current price of handset which is in market now. I am fed up with all this suffering. I contacted Sony customer care also several times but they never paid heed to me.

I want the current price of handset to be given to me. I don’t want to use Sony brand ever in my life again.it has cheated me.
