Dear sir/madam my Sony XPeria j mobile phone is not working properly till i update my phone in your service center. Problem is my phone call history Auto deletes in 2 day And hang many time a day. When i take photo it was corrupt in few days; same as when i save whats app photo & video it also corrupt many time I register complaint in your authorized service Center 5 time in Six month but my phone problem not solve Please Suggest How You Solve my Problem.

I never thought the phone would have so many problems looks like a serious Quality Control / Assurance issue in your mobile phone Assembly Line which you should correct it with imemdiate effect.
