Sony experia – Under Warranty delayed service

Dear concern, With looking the brand value buy Sony experia Z on date 18/06/2014, due to some technical problem in charging submit my new brand cell phone ( C -6602), Experia Z on date 21/08/14 at your service center, Allahabad (UP) , India. IMEI: 355666055496730 Now, we received a reply from service center that your request for service has been declined so your phone will not be changed/ repaired because this defect does not come in warranty, even product has 6 moth accidental warranty also. request you to take immediate action on this, because in this no bad handling by any human being / person. Sony mobile communication Inc should do the needful, i am without my cell phone from last 21/08/14. I will never accept this fraud on service delivery from Sony.

Sir, I need my product on running condition which having 1 year product warranty & 6 month accidental warranty. If company want so return it with repair or buy change it with new product.
