COMPLAINT AGAINST SONY INDIA LTD. Dear Sir/Mam, I bought a sony home theater in oct 2012 from delhi and from very beginning it was not functioning propely then almost 6-7 months it was in service station of sony and then after a long fight they replaced it with new system which is again creating a problem and from almost 1 and 1/2 months its with the sony people and they are not giving me any solution at all and for your convenience i am attaching all the supporting documents along with the copy mails which i wrote to them as well and now i want either they refund my money or replace with any other product. Kindly do the needful.

Either refund of money or replacement with some other product.
