dear sir i placed order for kdl 46 w 7ooa sony bravia with vivek.co adyar chennai 20 and paid the amount as per the terms of contract between myself and the dealer. and bill was issued for 46 “led tv as per the model shown in the catalogue. the product was supplied by them yesterday and was installed at my home when i opened the manual i saw manual for lcd tv and when i checked the label pasted on the box and reverse of the tv it is clearly mentioned as lcd tv i was shocked on seeing this discrepancy [ contacted the dealer and your toll free line and they say it is one and the same lcd is led i can not accept this and require your urgent intervention to rectify the anomaly and supply the product for which i paid for. the label in the cartoon box is as below sony lcd tv kdl46w 700a p-18562001-5 so1-4310893.e the label on the reverse of tv sony lcd tv s.no s-4310893 i request you to take this issue seriously as there is misbranding . as the product shown in the catalogue mentioned as led new arrival.billing by your dealer as led but the label is different sethumadhavan r vice president (mktg) retd parry&co ltd, chennai
