Sony India mobile – physically damaged and totally dead refund my money

As my mobile (Model: Sony X10i) was physically damaged and totally dead . I take the mobile phone to Sun Info System, Erode on 18.10.2013. They intimated me our service engineer team should check the mobile for the complaints and they provide a job sheet for the same and i paid the inspection fee of Rs.250. After a week their inspection engineer called me and they replied that the estimation cost will be around Rs.5000 to make your mobile in working condition without any defects. On 2nd december 2013, they have called up that your phone was ready.So i paid the amount and i collected the phone. But when i checked, there was a mic problem.Because of Mic problem , i should use the mobile either with ear phone or with blue tooth device. On the same day i intimated and they produced a new jobsheet to rectify the same. But now they intimated the mic cannot be replaced and they insist to use the phone with either blue tooth or with external ear phone.My request is to provide the mobile in good condition without any defects as they promised else to refund the money.
