Sir, I belong to a middle class family,somehow I managed to convince my parents to buy me a smart phone that too of worth 25000,In one two months only phone I started facing a lot of difficulty with the phone,but I was studying in manipal and I couldn’t take out time to go to service center there so i came back to raipur from where i got the phone ,sony service center said they will get me a new phone .they kept my phone for 1 month and they exchanged or whatever coz the set i got dint seem like a new set.again i faced the same problems and after few months returned the phone to service center,again they changed my set.but my problems were not solved at all.again I have to give my phone to service center,they gave me a phone in exchange which looks even older than my phone because they said they cant replace it with a new set since its more than three months,my phone was with service center more than me,I cant even express the amount of mental torture I have been through,I have lost all my faith on brand sony,in future none of my products are going to be from this company.I would request you to kindly go through my case and do the justice I deserve.

I want them to change my phone and give me a new phone which does not have any problems
