I had given product for repair on 19-Apr-2014. And it’s been more than 2 months today, i have not received the product Since i am out of station for some reasons, i was not able to get there. I had called then more than 20-30 time. Every time i call them, they tell me that. We have not received the part. and we will receive it on x date. and we will let you know. and they never call. also my product is under warranty. And i Had paid half amount for the repair. Please help me in the matter.

Since most of my work is on laptop, I am having a lot of trouble in my work. Also laptop is also used my brother who is studying right now. During exam, he was not able to practicals because unavailability of laptop.
