My complaint is against The Sony Vaio Laptop. I have purchase above referred laptop From Vijay Sales 18 months before where nobody has inform me about the MS office limitation in Laptop. Laptop has working properly during warranty period of 1 year after that one by one problems started. 1. Battery has not get charged properly either battery has proble or charger has some problem 2. MS office stop working Now it is a clear case of cheating a customer. Further I have made so many complaints to their E-mail and customer care nos but nobody has replied properly nor they have send the engineers etc. Therefore Now I request you to please look into the matter personally verify what is going in the company take necessary action against the company each every officer of the company who is in fault for the above things. Your prompt action kind co-operation in this regards is highly appreciated.

I want that company should solve the problem of MS office & battery without any charges & compensate me of Rs.10,000/- for delay in the service
