My Sony Laptop Model No is VPCEA16FG/B and S.N. is 7008290. Since last 3-4 months, it is restarting on its own at irregular intervals, some times it will restart in 2 minutes after first starting and some times it will restart in 5-6 hours. There is no co relation with what work we are doing on the laptop. It restarts 3 times in 15 minutes at times. We had given it to your Indore 18/1 Old Palasia, Indore service centre and it was delivered back to us after servicing on 5th October, 2013 and we were charged Rs. 1125/- vide receipt no. J3/FY 13-10/001820 dt. 5-10-2013. Even after this service, from that very day it is again restarting on its own and a message of Blue Screen appears on the screen after restarting. We are facing serious problems and lot of our work goes waste without saving due to such abrupt restart. In spite of payment, no repairs have been done and the problem for which it was given for servicing continues. Please get it repaired immediately and seriously, we are very dissatisfied with such services by your company service centre.
