How Bajaj Allianz Sold Super Saver Policy with Wrong Commitment

Respected sir, I have been sold my Bajaj Alliance Super Saver policy with a very wrong & false commitment. The Person who came and advised me the policy was a direct Bajaj alliance staff. His name is Mr. Mohammed Hussain from Arumbakam branch. he committed me that the policy premium can be paid for 5 years and I can withdraw the amount at the end of 5th year. The amount is Rs.20,000 per Annum. At the end of 5th year the amount paid will be Rs.1,00,000 but the amount refunded will be Rs.1,62,050. He told that I can avail accident insurance of Rs.5,20,000 and medical insurance of 1 lakh. When I approached the branch I came to know that the policy premium has to be continued for 20 years and cannot withdraw in 5 years. There is no accident insurance and medical insurance in this policy.

He also committed for an offer of induction stove if the policy was taken on the very same day. But every statement is a false commitment. My mobile no. was updated wrongly in my policy document and so I did not receive any verification call from the company if every commitment was conveyed correctly to me. the company is not interested to accept my statement on all these false commitments and their mistakes. Instead the company is arguing that the post was delivered on 18th of September and I didn’t get back to them within 15 days. The document was not issued to me as I was out of station on the delivery date. The document reached me about 27th of September and I approached the Adyar branch on 9th of October and told the full history. The sales person met me and asked me to continue the policy but I asked for a refund. he asked me for a letter of confirmation that a sales person has met him. I have provided a letter confirmation as per his request. But now the company is not ready to accept their false commitment and refund the money. Policy Holder – Christhuva Raj . A Policy No – 0305842680 Policy premium paid – Rs.20,000
