Sir very sorry to say that I have purchased a Micromax viva 72 from roorkee (uttarakhant) after 3 months i faced problems in the mobile i have given the mobile to roorkee service center request no N030218-1013-6055160 dt 24/10/2013. on 25/10/2013 Mr Viny Pal In-charge of service center said we have to sand this device to company we can not repair at our center . i said it ok u can send it but i want to know when i will get back my mobile HE SAID I DON’T KNOW WHEN WE CAN RETURN IT I SAID AFTER 10 DAY HE SAID AFTER 15 DAY HE SAID WE CAN NOT SAY WHEN after that he said if u want service from our side .otherwise take back your mobile . i said give me in written these words .he said we cant give u in written . now in end i don’t know when will get back my device it is my better experience in my life if anyone provide me a status plz provide it Awaiting for your early response regards manvinder singh 09359490504 08439090504
