Airtel 4G LTE broadband – Deficiency in Service – No Customer Care

Hi, My Airtel 4G LTE no. is 9779074634. In wake of the continuous series of problems that I have had with Airtel, I decided to surrender the service. However I was informed that I cannot do so, before 3 months of the service resumption. Hence, I had to bear with their pathetic services for the next 3 month and then on 22nd Oct 2013, I requested for a surrender of the same. They told me that the backend team would contact me by 23rd October 5:30 pm, to confirm the same and then the service would be discontinued. However I am yet to receive any call from them. Whenever I call up their customer care, I am being given the same assurance that they would get in touch with me. However based on my past experiences with them, I really doubt they would do so and would wait for the new billing cycle to commence, so that they can unjustly charge me for another month. Kindly note I shall not pay for any services beyond this monthly cycle, and would sue you in consumer court if my request is not serviced in time. I had requested the disconnection before the resumption of the new cycle and I cannot be punished for any deficiency in services on your side.
