Sony LCD TV KLV- not able to identify the root cause no response from team

I have been using SONY Bravia LCD TV Model KLV-32BX350 for almost 13 months and it is OUT OF warranty currently. I already mailed so many complaints of my issues which happened on the next week of my purchase date(23-08-2012) and from that day on wards they are not able to identify the root cause of my issue. Some of my Service Request Numbers which are not answered by Sony CC Team are : 15450334, 15401917, 13115244, 14940741, 14947684, 14319813, 12790541, 12786274, 11262827, 11202409. My issues are not happening frequently and that too may be once in a month, twice in a month or sometimes once in 2 months and thus the service centre guys are not able to identify the same. Even after keeping my TV with service centre from Nov.19th, 2013, they are not getting my issue. There are 2 kinds of issues I faced mainly and they are: 1) TV is getting switched off while watching and switching on automatically. 2) Display goes blank while watching TV and it is showing grains like behaviour. I have recorded a video for the second issue yesterday as I was able to record one during the issue and later when I checked, I am not getting that issue. Its a video file consists of 26 MB. I am attaching few of my mail during Jan, June.2013 and also the reply from D.Nalini on 06th Sep.2013.

I need a resolution by solving the TWO issues happening in my TV randomly. As all my mails or Service Requests were made at during the warranty period and as they can’t correct these issues during warranty, correction or resolution also should be considered as ‘In Warranty’ only.
