This is regarding Sony tv model number – KDL-32W600A with serial number 5382486 purchased on last weak of november 2013 from delhi . I register complaint on 23 February 2014 to Sony customer care center that tv is not working not starting. The service man visit today i.e 2 March 2014 and said motherboard of tv is not working has to be changed. As i mentioned above its only 2 and half month i don’t want to change the motherboard or don’t want to repair the tv. I want to replace the tv to new one. Request you to kindly replace the tv but the said management will take decision and they will call me but i didnt recive anything.i request you to take immediate action to resolve the issue as its almost wasted 16 days and nothing has done yet. please help

i want to replace the tv … dont want to change motherboard.
