Its been more than 10 days where i logged a complaint with sony service. But till not yet rectified. After giving complaint, horrible service people came after a week and for picking my TV to their service centre took another three days. Now i have been waiting for your response, But till now no one responded me. Its been a very much horrible service and the product. Within two years the LED tv is gone in to problem. As a reputed brand we bought but nor the product is good and the service too. Iam waiting for my tv to be rectified.
