purchased the phone on 19-2-14. After 4 days of use,it started showing Camera Error. First i consulted to the service center of Sony in Kamla Nagar, it got closed. So i refereed the Service Center in Shastri Nagar. They first repaired the phone at there end and returned me, but the phone still had issues. Then i again went to the service center, they got it replaced. The handset replace had some physical damage so i refused to take that phone,they again got it replaced and this time the phone’s 3.5mm headphones jack is not working. Now they want me to get it repaired. Old Phone IMEI-“358094052608164” Replaced Phone IMEI-“358094052691319” Manually generated Job sheet no-“14081306313” I also had a talk to the customer care, they made a conference call with the service center and all of them in total refuse to help. They can only repair it.
