My Handset is submitted at Sony Service center on 5th April 2014 wide repair order no -W114040504165, and they are saying that Handset has been repaired but when i visited their service center to check the handset – it is performing the same way as it was during submitting the handset for repairs.The camera is still not working properly and back button is still unresponsive with more problems in the mbile. I am escalating one of my concerns to you regarding Sony India which is using Unethical trade practices in India by selling their poor and sub-standard mobile handsets in India. Sony is also doing fraud & cheating with Indian Consumers by mentioning fake technical specification on their websites so that customers are tempted to buy Sony Xperia handsets, Sony Xperia demonstrates that Xperia Ion handset is having 13 Mega pixel camera , but when you physically check this handset it will not be more than 5 mega pixel ordinary camera. I had purchased Sony Xperia Ion Handset influenced by the high technical specifications but in reality this phone is not having any such specifications. The details are mentioned below. 1. I want to tell you that Sony have used the medium of Cheap business ethics to sell your Handsets. 2. Sony cheat customers by offering high level of specification which actually are not present in Xperia handset. 3. Sony claimed that Xperia Ion is having 13 Mega Pixel camera but actually it is not even 6 mega pixel,,,,, at the time Xperia Ion was launched the same time Samsung Galaxy S2 and S3 were available in market with camera of 8 Mega Pixel and i strongly inform you that Galaxy 8 Mega Pixel camera is ten times better than what you are providing with Xperia Ion 13 Mega Pixel. 4. Sony Xperia Handset is having a manufacturing / Design / technical fault of back button not working properly and Sony does not have any solution to this. 5. Sony had claimed that Xperia Ion has 1.5 Ghz dual core processor but the fact is that this handset is not performing even up-to standards 1 Ghz ordinary processor, the processors of Micromax canvas1 and Samsung Galaxy S2 are far far faster and better than your phone.

i want that Sony should refund me Entire money or they should provide me a new handset which is genuine in its specifications
