i have given my phone for repairing as the touch screen of my phone was broken . they said me they will take 7 days for this work and after 7days i contacted every person of motorola who are associated with it, the service center,logistics headetc. they provided me the customer reference no:140428-005863 but its almost 50 days i haven’t received my phone back. details of the deposit are service center location : GLOBAL TRADERS, 55 MANIKTALA ROAD, KOLKATA-54 DEVICE NAME : MOTO G IMEI NUMBER:355004051462367 DATE OF DEPOSIT: 01/04/2014 PROBLEM: TOUCHSCREEN BROKEN. please help me out

i want my phone to be repaired as early as possible and extent the warranty of my phone as it was with service center for more than 50 days.
