I am writing this mail with lot of agony and pain through which I have gone by. I bought refrigerator model no(REF VCP063HSH-FDW) 47 litre on 13-may-2014 from Vijay sales,sector 18 Noida and i have notice a problem in its door after delivery.I raised complaint GHA1905140116 on 19-may-2014 yet no action taken by service center and even they are not bother to call me. Earlier i raised another complain(GHA1405140256) which was close by them by giving the bogus reason,when i validate that reason,i reopen it,but without talking to me they had close the complaint.

I want my fridge to be replace.
