sony mobile xperia Z – they are advertising false information ,

purchased sony mobile xperia Z on 25th may 2013 but unfortunately by accident It’s screen got broken on 8th of july. I went to service center regarding this problem . I was told by the engineers that they are going to charge me 50% of the amount on which product was bought originally and I was told that they would reach me once the final confirmation is made regarding the same . hey took the snapshot of broken screen and ask us to wait for next four to five days but, Those days passed we were waiting for them to call us but, no call from their side. At the end We called service center up and asked about the present scenario about the replacement of this product, They changed there words and were asking for 80%of the total amount in order to replace with new mobile phone. I was totally shocked and confused that initially I was told just to pay 50% of the amount and now they have started asking for 80%of the amount. My main problem is screen broken, Just from the snapshots they took are pretending that there are indications of water inside. How come it’s possible ? Am I that fool to use such an expensive mobile phone in water without taking care of the caps or the advertises sony ismaking is just to make people fool and betrayed of this product? If water has gone inside then why this product is still working ? then what is the use of this product ? is it a use and throw ? why do they display that this product is waterproof ? why don’t they show in advertisment that this product cant be replaced once screen breaks?

I want the replacement of mobile phone at very minimum amount because they are advertising false information , their customer support is very bad and not supportive. service center gives wrong information
