Airtel – customer service charges

Airtel is charging customers for providing customer service/talking customer complaints. This is in gross violation of basic service to be provided to the customers. If my service doesn’t work, why should I pay Airtel to notify them of the same? I have already paid for the serivce (Phone, SMS etc) and it is my basic right to get them. Hence the customer service should be free of cost.

Charging me for the service is a financial loss to me as well as loss of service taken for which I have already paid AIRTEL.

I want the customer server to be free of cost.
