Bagittoday.com purchase refund by DEEP_SHAH on OCTOBER 21, 2013 Sir, I made purchase through Bagittoday.com telephonic line on 18th october 2013. The situation went like this, I called bagitoday on contact number 01204112424 for shoes worth Rs.999/-. The executive from bagittoday asked me my debit card number and pin which I somehow gave him and without my confirmation he placed the order. After that I again receive a call from bagittoday with another offer like you will get some item free with your previous order and without confirming me he placed another order(as he already had my debit card details) and my account was again debited by Rs.23,999/-. Now without wasting time I had called bagittoday customer care and informed the same instance. I have send so many mails and also contacted them on phone regarding cancellation.Now they are saying that my order can not be cancelled and my money will not be refunded.
