fter comparing all the mobile on the planet, I chose Xperia Z1. I bought it from your company Showroom, Esquiretech, Mira Bhayandar Road, PIN- 401107. Your saleswoman Ms. Seema, coordinated the sale. I purchased the mobile on 15th Feb, 2014, along with the mobile I had to get a 5000 MaH power bank /portable charger and a leather cover. I immediately got the power bank but I am yet to get the leather cover. I was told that the cover is not in stock at the moment & I shall receive the same by Monday i.e. on 17th Feb, 2014 since your warehouse would be closed on 16th Feb 14 due to Sunday holiday. I happily agreed to the commitment made, since it was from “Sony”, thought it would be honored. Sadly, I was wrong. I called your showroom on 022-28130336 on Monday i.e. on 17th Feb, 2014, I was told that there is some audit happening at your head office because of which they were unable to give me the mobile cover, I was also told that I would receive a call today from Seema for the same & I would definitely get my cover on 18th, Feb 2014. I waited for call from Seema but after having waited for long, I myself called at your showroom. Mr. Venkatesh picked up the call, he said that there is some problem from back end so things are getting delayed. He also said rudely, he cannot do anything, if you have any problem, you will have to speak to Seema directly. I later asked him to hand over the phone to Seema, but I was told that she is not here and has gone to head office for meeting. Now, Mobile Cover is not the issue or matter of concern to me, if I have bought the mobile for 38000, I can also buy the mobile cover. I wanted you to know, your customers are suffering big time and not happy with your services. Buying a flagship Sony Mobile that too from company showroom, had been a bad experience. Sorry to say but I feel harassed, although it should have been a “Joyous” experience!!! Traumatized & Insulted, Avesh Kumar 09920484744
