Dear Sir I had registered complaint with sony with compalint no. 20494826 on 17 august,2014. They send their technician who had charged 110/- Rs and he took our tv for repair. But after so many repeated attempts they had not responded about tv repair status. They had taken bill and misplaced it. Now they are saying to go for new sony tv as the current tv cannot be repaired as on 14th nov. 2014. But after so many requests they are not repairing our tv. my issue is why they had taken 5 months to inform and they should repair our tv.

I had to purchase another tv.
