i have purchased laptop of Sony vaio model no-SVE14112 ENW in aug 2012 from Address :-6340/16 86 ,ALHUWALIA BULIDING ,ALPHA COMPUTERS,@@@@HI MARKET ,AMBALA CANTT. ,RAJVINDER dealer of Sony .ph no.-9416020805.At the time of purchase they did not provide any DVD has window setup and drivers.when i asked for that they said when u required we provide you .but after 10 month there has some problem in window due to that system not function properly and then i asked them to provide me DVD of setups so i recover all data they said mam it will be OK after some time and after some time when i had gone to their showroom to repairs it they said warranty of this laptop is expired and now you have to deposit 1000 rupees for that.Another day when i called customer care of sony then they said we can’t help because warranty expires .I am really disappointed with the state of service and response of given by SONY. i already checked to download drivers online but no any drivers compatible with this model available on [url=http://www.sony.co.in]Consumer Electronics & IT Products : Sony India[/url].

all drivers ,window home basic and other s/w’s that are installed at time of purchase.
