I bought Sony Xperia ZR, 3 month before, at rs 25000 from Mumbai. There is a problem in charging port flap. . Since i had given my mobile to Sony service center on 2nd April 2014, Work order-W114040303665, and one month is going to happen, till now the service of my mobile is not yet completed, they are delaying the service of my mobile. Since my phone is new and used just for 3 months, and also they are not assuring the condition of phone to maintain in service. They always tells me to wait for 4 to 5 days. How much time should i wait ?

They have taken a much long time (1 month) to service my mobile, and still i haven’t received it yet. That’s why i want a Refund.
