I had locked a noise complaint in the washing machine on whirlpool helpdesk(no:01160008558) with complaint id HR0414002053 on 7 April 2014.Due to carelessness of service engineer the power board of the machine got corrupted and stopped all the functions.I call back on the customer care several times but no one even came to check the complaints.Now every one plying the blame game.

Want the replacement of the power board as soon as possible.
