I recvd inflated billfor my landline no-0112484xx.I normally get bill of rs,600-700(including broadband net charges) but this month I have recvd inflated bill of rs.6877.I didn’t use this much internet since I also have data card on my laptop and internet pack activated on cellphone,moreover the mtnl internet is so slow speed that its difficult to use it regularly.I filed writted complaint against this with MTNL,shakti nagar telephone exchange but no corrective/remedial measures were done.I have paid my bills on time in past but this time I will not pay this inflated bill.i request you to take appropriate action against concerned person at MTNL & take remedial measures asap(bill waiver or discount)

i WANT RELIEF of bill waiver or discount in this inflated bill as a corrective measure & to restore my faith in MTNl
