Sony vaio laptop , poor service by the service center

dear Sir/ mam i gave my laptop yesterday at around 10;30 am , i had to do basic cleaning of the laptop , format my hard disk and also their was an internal broken back( which they had already processed a request & i had got approval for that from your side) i got my laptop back at around 6 pm at around 8 pm i saw their i was a very marginal crack at the bottom . i took that laptop back to the service center next day at around 10 am .they were in fact blaming me for the issue and also were very rude,disrespectful and abusive then i call the tool free no they told me following detail 1) . to mail the snapshot of the laptop , 2) . mail your service extension paper 3) also mail your bill 4) also mention the way the service people behaved so i’m hereby enclosing the snapshot ( these are the snapshot that i took at the service center only ) and my service extension paper also mail your bill in my next mail reagards vishal tuli mobile 9478447669 service tag no c903ee4h product no SVE15118FNB IN5

I want my complaint addressed ASAP.
