Sir I buy the Sony xperia L (C2104)In the Month Of OCT 2013 , After Some time in the phone Audio Problem come i contact to the toll free no , they provide me the service center address i go there and contact to them , They solve my problem of Audio. But After few day in my phone Mic problem come i went the service center they put my phone 7-10 day after that they return to me the phone. They say the problem are solved but Not solve yet. I visit the service center 8-10 times All times they put my phone 5-8 days but the problem not solve yet. Sir I am the student of MBA Final year , I faces much disturbance for the issue.Some time call are coming from the placement department of my college due to this phone they can’t get me clearly. For this reason i suffer allot. I talk all the many times in consumer helpline for the phone , And mail Them also but they can’t give me proper solution for the problem.

Till the time they can’t able to change my phone and give me proper solution on that . Now they put that phone return my money pay all relaxation as i face in between 6-7 month, As much i disturb , How much this will effect my carrier also. I bunk the class some time to travel for submit and collect the phone from service center jalandhar .
