Hello Sir, I have purchased a sony xperia mobile with model no C-1904 from Jumbo Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Halwasia court, 24 M. G. Road, Hazaratganj Lucknow-1 on 7 Nov’13 and given it to Sony Authorized service center(Aditya Infosolutions at dali bagh) on 13 Nov’14 because it’s mic was not working and they given back it to me on 25 Nov’13 after repairing it. Then again on 7 July’14 I have given it to same service center because it’s battery backup was nil and I was unable to charge my mobile.They committed that they will return it to me with in 7 to 10 days, but it’s 22 Jul’14 today and they have not given it to me yet. I have called up 3 times but not got any satisfactory reply. so now I am complaining against them. i have purchased a brand new phone of a branded company and still I am suffering. Kindly help me out.

With in 8 months my mobile went to service center two times and for long duration. I can not bear this kind of discontinuity as I am a professional. Without phone it is very tough for me to manage my professional as well as personal life. If the phone will not work properly, I have to replace it. So if it is possible can I get my money back so I can purchase a new phone of another company
