I have purchased Sony Xperia C5 mobile on 22.03.2016 from shop name Facebook, Hariom Tower, Ranchi, Jharkhand. From the first day I am observing that mobile is heating exceptionally and even it is difficult to talk continuously for more than 5 minutes. If it is the problem in specific model then it should not be sold out or if it is problem in specific my handset then it should be get replaced.

Dear sir/madam, i book sony Power bank on 02/09/2015,in the sms ur saying with in 4 working days u will receive ur product. but till date i did not receive the product and also i did not receive any mail regarding when i will receive the product also. plz conform me when i will receive the product waiting for ur mail
