Hi, I have purchased a SONY XPERIA Z ULTRA mobile phone by ordering it online on PAYTM, the details of which are as follows Description of Goods: Sony Xperia Z Ultra 35765605-393722-1 Black Invoice: 26450/000000000694 Invoice No: 1286 Invoice Date: 12-MAY-2015 Supplier Reference: 960355250 Dispatch Document No: 195021040912 Seller: Simply Shopping Pvt Ltd Consignee: Paytm (One97 Communications Limited) While using the Phone, there were some issues in it which are as follows 1) While using the Camera the phone used to display a message “Camera not available” 2) While calling someone the phone used to restart automatically after displaying a message “Restarting your Phone” 3) The screen of the phone was unable to wake up even after pressing the power key several times, 4) The Screen of the phone used to go Green and Blank sometimes while receiving a phone call as result of which i was unable to identify the caller’s identity. 5) In the morning of 7-JUN-2015 the phone was on Charge mode and its Screen automatically got a cracking line on its front and till then it is not working I am sure that I was cheated by PAYTM and SONY and was willfully delivered a defected phone. I am always misguided when i used to go at SONY authorized service center by saying that It is not a default from SONY Side and on calling the PAYTM customer care no as given on PAYTM website it always reaches at CITI Bank customer care no.
To replace my Phone and restore my data stored therein.
