Tata Docomo – Migration delay bared outgoing connection

I have applied for Migration from post paid to prepaid. They said that migration will be happen with in 10 days. I kept calling for almost a month to the call center of Tata Docomo they have promised me each time it will get converted with in 24 Hrs or 48 hrs. After one month they told me that due to incomplete documentation process has not been done. They have kept blind for 30 days, to correct the issue i have not paid the amount, which has happened due to Tata Docomo team. Now they have bared my outgoing connection. Due to there mistake I have to bare the amount of the calls, which I am not comfortable to pay, because I wanted to retain the connection with prepaid from the month of April and planning to go for a new SIM card from other service provided. One of the Tata team from email contacted and said that they will going to solve the issue and waive off about some amount and asked me to re-submit documents once again and pay immediately Rs.500 (older documents they are not giving back) after that they have turned back and said waive off requested is rejected we can not do any thing. My one question is if documents was not complete why customer care promised that it will be migrated with in 24 Hrs / 48 Hrs for 30 days and after bill cycle stated they said it is not possible.

I request to resolve my issue as soon as possible and get my number migrated from post paid to prepaid and also waive off the balance amount. And also they are not giving the acknowledgement to the documents collected from our end and also i want my older documents to be return.
