I bought this phone sony xperia from Future Forward showroom at lajpatnagar. I was promised that the phone is having internal storage memory of 4 GB, but when i came home and checked the phone’s internal storage memory is 1.2 GB.i was promised i can upgrade its SD card memory(external memory) to 64 GB, but i found it can be done only up-to 32 GB.

The damage are two fold first the loss of trust with which i had bought the phone. second – the internal memory of a phone defines the speed and communicability of features. Had i been told that the phone is of 1.2 internal memory i would have not bought it at the first place. the economical damage is pegged around 5000 Rs as a compensation for upgrading the phone’s memory or exchange with a phone which has full 4 GB internal storage memory displayed in its settings. and it should be able to accommodate 64 GB SD card – external memory.
