Sony Xperia – Display total blackout Faulty refund delay

I have bought a Sony Xperia Z3 from ebay India on 15.05.2015. I have received the item on 21.05.2015. After four days of purchase the phone display started showing complaints. There was nothing can be seen on the phone display, only total blackout. So I have raised a claim on Ebay india. My claim id is: 1017967. I have raised raised the claim on 25.05.2015. The ebay guarantee team contacted me regarding this and i communicated my concern over to them. My concern was a full device replacement and if the seller is not willing to do the same I requested a refund since its been only four days since i have got the product in my hand. The ebay guarantee team also assured me that I will get either a replacement or a refund. One week after the seller contacted me over phone and asked to reship the product for checking. As such, I have reshipped the product to them on 01.06.2015 and the seller had confirmed the receipt of the item on 02.06.2015. I was contacting regularly to the ebay guarantee team regarding this, and every time they assured me a full device replacement and the claim is in progress and requested me to wait until a final resolution is taken on my claim. Finally, they reshipped me a faulty product again. Then as asked by the claim adjuster, 5 days back I have again reshipped the item back to the seller for getting me refund. But even after 5 days, they are not ready to give me the refund.

I want my money back. They are not giving my money even after I reshipped the item to the seller. Please do the needful.
