Sony XPeria – Faulty Mobile – No Customer Care

Dear Sir, I purchased a new Sony Xperia E3 Dual Black mobile phone on 22-09-2014 from a local dealer. from the very first day i started having problem like over heating & display going blank anytime. then i gave my mobile into the service center and they just updated the software but my real problem was still not solved. now again i have given my mobile into the customer care and i have been communicated that the motherboard of my mobile has been damaged. within a month of my purchase i have faced such problems with my mobile and i am not going to use a faulty or repaired mobile phone. i am requesting you to please exchange my mobile otherwise i will be forced to go to the Consumer Court. please look into the mater and solve my problem.

Complaint abut Sony Customer Service
Am Antony i bought Sony Z2 for 48000 mobile it got water damaged still it is a waterproof mobile ,i given it to service center in chennai when ever i asked about my mobile they will replay we didt get spare but its 45 days gone i didn’t get my mobile my no 8438384335 please give me a suggestion where to complain about sony service
