Sony Xperia – Faulty Product & Poor Services

I purchased Sony Xperia ZL from on 28/12/2013 IMEI No 35538705-065368-4 costing 26,000 INR from Avit Digital (P) Ltd . After 4 months of its purchase, I was facing problem.My handset Mic was not working,for this I gave my phone to Sony service centre at can nought place(ticket ID 14041904610 ).When I got the handset back on 26/04/2014, I was facing the same problem.When I call the customer care they said that I have to revisit the service center. I wrote a mail to Sony India regarding my problem after which their representative ‘Alkesh Joshi’ contacted me.He said he will help me to solve my problem and if the phone is not able to get repaired,they will change my handset.I gave my phone to the service centre on 30th april 2014 and they told me that I will get a new handset after 7 days.I waited for 7 days but I didn’t receive any call from the service centre and after my repeated calls, it took them two weeks to arrange the phone. When I reached the service centre to collect the phone they provided me a refurbished dented phone instead of new one. I called Sony representative ‘Alkesh Joshi’ and told about the problem for which he replied that he won’t able to promise that the handset given will be a new or a refurbished one.So I gave the device back and requested them to give me a new phone.They registered my complaint(Job ID W114051404506) and it has been over a week I haven’y received any call from them.For past one month I am facing this problem.I am fed up from this kind of service. I request you to kindly look into the issue and help me to get the refund of my product as it causing me disturbance both mentally and physically. Varun

I want a full refund of my phone and also for the loss of time and money they caused me.
